From 680 North, exit Willow Pass Rd. in Concord. Turn right--heading East on Willow Pass Rd, toward downtown Concord. (From 680 South, exit Willow Pass Road and turn left. (You will be heading toward Mt. Diablo.) Follow Willow Pass Road a few miles to downtown Concord. Todos Santos Park will come up on the left.
